## FAQ

### What is the difference between boarding and Day Camp?

Boarding includes overnight stays in our home. Day Camp offers daytime care Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM, with supervised play and rest.

### What does my dog need before their stay?

Dogs must be crate trained for naps and bedtime. Completed intake forms and current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella records are required at least 24 hours before boarding.

### What should I bring?

Bring your dog’s regular food, feeding instructions, leash, and any approved comfort item. We provide the crate!

### What are check-in and checkout times?

Boarding check-in is 9 AM–12 PM. Checkout is by 11 AM. Late pickup fees apply.

### How do I reserve a stay?

Tap “Book Your Stay” to request your dates. A required non-refundable deposit secures your reservation, and the remaining balance is due before drop-off

### Do you offer transportation?

Yes! VIP Pup Ride is available for boarding guests by advance reservation. Availability varies, especially during holidays.
